    • The Darker Side, featuring Bel's story "The Mannerly Man," won the Bram Stoker Award for the anthology category for work published in 2002.

    • "Jacks" and "Blind in the House of the Headsman" were both granted Honorable Mentions in The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror 15.
